Melting
furnace for secondary aluminium
The melting furnaces
with a molten aluminium capacity
from 5 to 140 Ton. (fixed or tilting) are
studied in order to achieve high production and a metal flow equal to
12-15% of
the bath capacity.
The
heating is with standard or regenerative burners and combustion plants
studied
in order to achieve the maximum energy saving using different fuels
(fuel oil, diesel
oil, natural gas, LPG).
Double chamber furnaces, suitable for melting scrap with
organic
contents without salt use, are equipped with metal circulation pumps or
stirrer
in order to increase the efficiency.
Melting and holding basin tilting furnaces
Melting basin fixed furnaces
Melting and holding dry sole tilting furnaces
High speed melting furnaces.
Rotating furnaces.
Double chamber furnaces.
Radiant crown furnaces.
The fixed or tilting molten aluminium holding furnaces are produced with a
capacity from 5 to 140 Ton.
The heating is with combustion plants suitable for using
different fuels (fuel oil, diesel oil, natural gas, LPG).
The refractory lining is studied in order to avoid heat losses
through the walls.
Furnaces for aluminium alloys parts producers
The melting and holding furnaces (fixed or tilting) are of two main
types:
Central furnaces
suitable for melting ingots and in-house scrap, with capacities from 1
to 50 Ton. These furnaces are designed with melting capacity suitable
to the needs of machines which will use the alloy molten in the central
furnace. Their configuration varies from furnaces with a molten metal
high flow, approximately 35-40% of the bath
capacity, to furnaces with molten
metal high flow of approximately
10 times the bath capacity.
The heating is with combustion
plants suitable for using different fuels (fuel oil, diesel oil,
natural gas, LPG).
Melting and holding furnaces
connected to casting machines with a capacity suitable with the
machine’s production.
The heating is with combustion plants suitable for using different
fuels (fuel oil, diesel oil, natural gas, LPG) or electric resistances.
