With the long experience gained in building companies for foundry
furnace and equipment, we are able to guarantee high quality standards
Working
closely with your technical staff, we perform a feasibility study of
plants or accessories according to your work mode and/or requirements.
The
plants can be supplied in two solutions:
"Turn-key":
the plant will be completely designed by our studio and will be built,
assembled and tested by a third company, under our supervision.
Our studio has agreements with manufacturing companies that can support
the full accomplishment of our projects until the plant’s testing.
 “Engineering and
manufacturing assistance”: the plant will be built, assembled
and tested by the Customer and/or by different third companies.
The assignment of our studio will be the following:
- Supply of shop drawings, complete and detailed bill of
materials, instruction manuals, pneumatic drawings, hydraulic drawings,
combustion drawings, diagrams for the complete execution of electric
drawings
and control software.
- Complete
assistance, from the choice of suppliers and of the raw materials to
final
test.
- Supply of all technical documentation and CE
certification.
The
"in house" construction of the plant allows you to create an
exclusive plant following your standards and needs. Furthermore allows
to
achieve a cost saving compared to the purchase of a “turn-key” plant.
